Helping clients get unstuck in their health, lives and career!

As a Wellness & Lifestyle Coach, I am essentially a Master of Habit Change.  I work with busy professionals who are burnt out from trying to juggle it all.  I help them learn to prioritize their well-being so they can have more energy and patience to do the things they love, while still being successful, personally and professionally.  

My coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines around healthy ways to approach eating, exercise and lifestyle.  With my support, clients set their wellness goals, an action plan to achieve them and we have weekly sessions for discussing their progress and overcoming any challenges.  I’m a guide, a cheerleader and the person who will give a kick in the butt when clients fall off track, which will happen!

I am based in Toronto but also offer virtual services so can work with clients from anywhere!

My clients get great long-lasting results that they are thrilled with and we have a lot of fun along the way!
