How many of you feel you need a vacation after the holidays so you can get some rest or you find yourself worn down and get sick right when you'd most like to enjoy the festivities? As a Health & Lifestyle Coach, I have designed this workshop for you to: -Feel more energized during the holidays -Stick to your healthy routines, while still enjoying the festivities -Set guardrails so you can enjoy yourself without the guilt -Be more present with your family and friends In this workshop, you will: -Discover what you enjoy and dislike about the holidays -Uncover what having more energy and enjoying the holidays would do for you -Learn strategies and frameworks to reach your holiday goals -Develop an action plan for the holidays -Feel motivated to stick to your plan and follow-through as the busy season ramps up Wouldn’t it be nice to both enjoy and feel somewhat rested over the holidays and not feel like we need a vacation to recover? The workshop will be held via Zoom. There are 3 session dates to choose from. -Monday, November 29th from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Option A -Wednesday, December 1st from 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM - Option B -Friday, December 3rd from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM - Option C Register now before the spots fill up!
