Most of us know what we need to do to be healthier but we just need some help to actually follow through on it. That's where a Health Coach like me comes in.

So many of us get told to “eat this, not that” or “do this, not that” but if that approach worked, we would all be walking around a lot healthier.  Unfortunately unhealthy habits are not just about food, they’re about our inability to cope with the stresses of day-to-day life.


So, first and foremost my coaching is about transforming beliefs and mindsets so that my clients can be present with themselves and their lives in a whole new way. I follow that work with step-by-step guidelines around healthy ways to approach eating, exercise and lifestyle.  I’m your guide, your cheerleader and the person who will give you a kick in the butt when you get off track, which will happen!
